VENDOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER, CEE - Position # 3681
Company Profile
Our client is a significant oil company.
Responsibilities
• Managing a small team of Vendor Accountants
• Coordination, supervision and continuous improvement of invoices booking including EDI
• Managing reconciliations on monthly basis of GR/IR accounts
• Managing of information and data flow with vendors
• Cooperation with Retail Operations team
Qualifications
• High school education / University education– economics/finance
• Experience with processing of mass invoices, electronic invoices, self-billing etc.
• Experience with leading a small team of people for minimal three years
• English – good communicative level, Russian language is advantage
• PC skills – advanced MS Excel, previous experience with SAP in retail area is advantage
• Good managerial and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, reliability
• Analytical thinking, sense for detail
