JUNIOR RETAIL ACCOUNTANT WITH POLISH - Position # 3029

Company Profile 

Our client is a significant oil company. 

Responsibilities 

• Checking of daily reports, payment card transactions via OpenTas system
• Communication with stores – data revision, addition
• Data exports from OpenTas to SAP
• Checking data in SAP (excise tax, data exports)
• Accounts reconciliation, comparing data OpenTas vs. SAP
• Processing of selected invoices in SAP

Qualifications 

• Secondary school/ University degree in Economics
• Basic knowledge of economics and accounting is required
• At least 1 year experience on admin./financial position (during studies for example)
• Computer skills – MS Word, Outlook, Excel (on a higher level)
• Fluent Polish is necessary, English (intermediate)
• Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills (teamwork, communication skills)
• Sense for detail, accuracy
• Accountable, delivers on commitments
