JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to join and lead their HR advisory team in Prague. They are looking for a positive, motivated leader with an excellent general knowledge of human resources management. Our client’s team of HR specialists has been successfully advising a wide range of both multinational and Czech companies on their HR issues for over 14 years. Their goal is to provide their clients with comprehensive HR services that combine an in-depth knowledge of our HR, corporate finance, management consulting and personal tax professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Leading and working on challenging business consulting projects, in the HR area (HR process audit and optimisation, performance management, reward and employee motivation consulting, benchmarking and

Qualifications 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
– A university degree
– At least 5 years of experience in human resources management
– Sound knowledge of HR (practical and theoretical) with at least one area of expertise (preferably compensation and benefits, performance management, HR process audit and optimisation, HR controlling, HR strategy and processes)

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
– Excellent leadership skills with previous experience in leading team at least 3 years
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to build and maintain client relationships
– Business understanding and drive
– Excellent sales skills
– Very good analytical skills and judgment
– Strong project management skills - responsibility and ownership for ensuring work is completed and delivered on time
– Curiousness, responsibility and efficiency
– Basic knowledge of statistic is an advantage

LANGUAGE(S):
– Czech and English language skills (written and spoken) at a professional level
