Responsibilities 

Essential skills:

-Adobe Flex
-AS3
-Spring
-BlazeDS, Spring BlazeDS Integration
-Deep understanding of Flex
-create flex business applications not flex/flash web pages

Senior developer,
-Experience with analysis, design, architecture

Very good communication in English, both verbal and written
Team player, open mind, proactive, communication with business users, loyalty
Willingness to relocate to UK for max 2 months.

Optional skills:
-Maven
-FlexUnit
-Java
-Flex3 Certification
-Cairngorm3
-Able to make some UI design

-Experience with iterative (Agile/Scrum) development

Advantage:
-Investment Banking experience
